1. Agreement

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or paying for a package, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A paid order or accepted written proposal creates a service contract for that work. Browsing the site alone is not a service contract.

2. Who we are and what we offer

Ascenra South Africa offers the same kinds of services published on ascenra.net and ascenraglobal.com, priced in South African rand for this launch: websites, ecommerce, SEO, IT support, AV, automation, AI, and AscenraDS turnkey dropshipping stores. Linked products such as Offers, Radio, BuyMyWishes, Jobs, Shop, Social, Tools, Lab, Games, and Affiliates are separate platforms with their own terms.

The group commercial site for this network is ascenra.net. ascenraglobal.com is the parent hub.

3. South African launch prices

Published entry prices on this site are: Website Starter from R999 (one-time) and Business Website from R1,999 (one-time). From means an entry point. Final website, SEO, IT, AV, automation, AI, and custom ecommerce pricing depends on scope. Comparison percentages versus ascenraglobal.com and ascenra.net list prices use rounded conversion of €1 = R20 and $1 = R18 (September 2026) and are illustrative, not a currency hedge or a guaranteed future rate.

Global list prices used for that comparison include Professional Package €249 and Starter Website €50/year on ascenraglobal.com / ascenra.net, and AscenraDS Business $49/month on ascenrads.com. Those foreign prices can change on their own sites.

4. Payment

Card payments use Stripe Checkout with the same Stripe account as ascenra.net. PayPal payments use paypal.me/GarthS1. Amounts are in ZAR. You authorise the charge shown at checkout. Website packages are one-time. SEO plans renew monthly until cancelled.

PayPal.me payments are not automatically matched to an order. Include your business name and package in the PayPal note, then email or use the contact form so we can confirm.

5. Website packages

Starter and Business websites include a professional site scoped to the package, hosting and SSL unless a proposal says otherwise, and basic SEO so the site can be indexed. They do not include unlimited pages, custom software, or ongoing ads. Extra pages, integrations, copywriting, photography, ecommerce catalogues, and third-party licences are quoted. You must supply logos, text, and access we reasonably need. Delays on your side delay delivery.

6. AscenraDS

AscenraDS is a turnkey dropshipping store product. It is not sold as a package on ascenra.co.za. Signup, fees, catalogue terms, and cancellation sit on ascenrads.com. Sales, traffic, and income are not guaranteed. Product availability, shipping, and supplier terms can change.

7. Other services

SEO, IT, AV, automation, AI, and custom ecommerce are provided against a written scope. Rankings, uptime of third-party networks, and business results are not guaranteed. Hardware, licences, travel, and on-site work are extra unless quoted.

8. Refunds and chargebacks

Digital work that has started, domains, and third-party fees are generally not refundable. If Stripe Checkout is cancelled before payment, nothing is charged. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before opening a chargeback so we can check the record. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to suspension of work.

9. Your content and licence

You confirm you have rights to materials you send us. You grant us a licence to use those materials to deliver the project. We retain our tools, templates, and methods. Finished client sites are yours subject to paid invoices and third-party licence terms.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use this website or our services for unlawful content, fraud, spam, malware, or unauthorised access to systems. We may refuse or suspend work that would break the law or a payment provider’s rules.

11. Third-party sites

Links to ascenra.net, ascenraglobal.com, ascenrads.com, and other properties are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

12. Disclaimer of results

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Offers, radio listens, affiliate commissions, jobs, and store sales do not guarantee income. See the Disclaimer page.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by South African consumer law, our total liability for a paid project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or loss of data caused by third-party hosts, payment networks, or suppliers. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of South Africa have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable consumer rights.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Material changes to an existing paid contract will be confirmed in writing or at renewal.
